Our Story

We started SourceBridge after working with dozens of European and American buyers who had been burned by opaque trading companies. The story was always the same: a buyer asks for a quote, receives a number, places an order — and months later discovers the factory price was half what they paid.

The traditional model incentivizes agents to inflate prices, because the bigger the markup, the more they earn. Buyers have no way to verify what the factory actually charges.

We decided to flip the model. We charge a transparent commission — disclosed upfront on every quote. You see the factory price. You see our fee. You decide if it's worth it. And after a successful first deal, we introduce you directly to the factory so you can build a lasting, direct relationship — with or without us.

That's the business model. We grow by being trustworthy, not by hiding fees.

Our Fee Structure

We charge a percentage of the total order value. This fee is always shown separately from the factory price in your quote. You will never be charged more than the rate below.

After the deal: the factory introduction

Once your first order is delivered and you're satisfied with the quality, we formally introduce you to the factory. We share their direct contact, connect you on WeChat, and hand over all production records and supplier contacts.

You are free to order directly from them in the future, with or without us. We believe real trust is built this way — and we'd rather have you refer three new buyers to us than lock you in as a perpetual client.
